Your Home Away From Home: Crooked Tree Coffee

Crooked Tree Coffee KGB Cup

Even the cups are eclectic. This one features the coat of arms of a Russian intelligence agency. Sadly, this particular mug broke not long after my visit.

On Routh Street in Uptown Dallas, there’s a little gray house. If not for the sign in the front yard, it could be a small family home. Inside it feels just as homey, with warm yellow walls and an eclectic assortment of furniture. If you’ve ever wanted a coffee shop in your living room, Crooked Tree Coffee can give you the next best thing: a living room in a coffee shop. This is one of my favorite cafes in Dallas, and I highly recommend it.

Guest Post at The Dallas Socials

This is my second review in a series of coffee shop reviews I’m writing for The Dallas Socials. It’s a really cool site with information on all kinds of fun things going across the DFW Metroplex.  Visit their website for more information on this and other things to do in Dallas.

Your Experience with Crooked Tree Coffee

Have you been to Crooked Tree Coffee? If you have let me know your experience in the comment section. And if there’s another local coffee shop you prefer, I’m always looking for recommendations.
